Principal Accountabilities:

1. Plan and understand new software requirements and/or changes in the existing applications from IT team on ITSM, Agile development methodologies.

2. Should be hands on to perform Design, code, tests, debug software and enhance existing components to ensure that software meets business needs

3. Conduct design and code reviews to ensure code developed meets coding best practices guidelines, unit testing, security, and scalability and maintainability guidelines with concise and clear technical documentation

4. Responsible for ensuring usage of deployed software & codes, follow through with business for gaps in software utilization with an effective monitoring process.

5. Deploy and monitor the usage of applications.

6. Ensure enablement of best practices in Application Security compliance as per standards proposed by IT team

7. Resolve application issues and ensure high performance of applications

8. Collaborate on the design with other team members and business - both inside and outside the IT Project team

9. Contribute to the design and architecture to enable secure, scalable, and maintainable software

10. Responsible for internal training requirements of applications to new users, support on new user access requirements with admin team.
